There were so many little touches throughout, arriving at all our hotels to find he had arranged a little treat for our honeymoon. He was available promptly throughout the planning of the trip and happy to jump onto the phone to talk things through, always giving us options that suited us and never being pushy. Dan was very receptive to all the initial ideas and made some well-informed suggestions of places and excursions and helped us to tailor the trip we wanted but didn't know how to express. He created a truly bespoke experience for our honeymoon to Australia, New Zealand and Japan. When we didn't think Dan could have done a more amazing job, he went above and beyond any expectation, when we had a family bereavement the day before the trip. He went through all the options available to us in planning whether we could get back to the funeral and was incredibly prompt with communication despite a significant time zone difference. Contacting guides and hotels to make changes and provision for us to watch the funeral from our hotel. At a highly emotional time, he was the epitome of caring and professional, which allowed us to get on and enjoy our honeymoon without worrying about logistics.
